Returns and refunds policy

This is the Short Kings Refund Policy.

Digital products (ebooks & downloads)
All digital products are supplied immediately after purchase. That means you should get a link in your inbox to access your digital content.
By completing your order, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This means that digital products are non-refundable.

Physical books
For physical books, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days and return the item unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received.

Defective or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us. We will replace or refund it as fast as possible, with our sincerest apologies.
